The Internal Vice-Chair is responsible for all communication between member institutions and the FSA Board of Directors, maintaining the FSA bank account, and internal legislation.

The External Vice-Chair is responsible for developing the annual legislative agenda in consultation with the Board and the other FSA officers and coordinating the overall FSA lobbying efforts on an ongoing basis.
